The children who get the most benefit out of PLAY Muskegon are aged 6 and under to walking age. There are activities and play prompts that cater to older children, too.
Yes, children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times. We believe in collaborative play between children and their caregivers!
Our pricing options vary :
Tickets are non-refundable, but we do allow transfers if requested at least three days prior to your reservation.
Memberships are non-refundable.
We accept cash & major credit cards.
We highly recommend booking your PLAY session ahead of time to ensure you are able to reserve your preferred time and are able to take advantage of our discounted rate for booking ahead online. That said, we do accept walk-ins on a first come, first served basis.
Please keep in mind that only 30 children per time slot are allowed.
You can book up to 1 month ahead to secure your preferred time slot.
To get the most out of your session, we recommend arriving approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled session starts. The doors will remain locked until this time to allow us to prepare our area for your visit.
We offer multiple sessions throughout the day that range in time from 90-180 minutes.
Guests must leave at the allotted end time to allow our staff time to clean and reset the PLAY area before our next guests arrive.

We thoroughly clean and reset our play area between each session to ensure a healthy, welcoming environment for all guests.
If your child has been ill within 48 hours of your scheduled visit, please refrain from visiting. Contact us 24 hours in advance, and we’ll help you reschedule your session.
The PLAY area is a no-shoe zone, please remove your shoes before entering and please wear socks at all times. If there are medical shoes that need to be worn please contact us before your visit.
Yes, we have an in-house café serving specialty coffee and light snacks.
Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed. We make exceptions for specific dietary requirements – please contact us prior to your visit to discuss.
Yes, we offer on-site parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations and catering. However, please no face paint, confetti, or glitter. Our Party Attendants will be available to help with setup.
